As a Senior Human Capital Partner, Kathy is responsible for providing Human Capital leadership throughout Uniprise^® and other UnitedHealth Group^® areas. Her team of Human Capital professionals define strategies and build tools that enable the high performance culture that is necessary for Uniprise’s continued success.

Kathy joined UnitedHealth Group in 1997. Prior to her current role, she managed UnitedHealthcare’s Human Capital needs. Previously Kathy worked at USBank as Vice President of Human Resources for 18 years.

Kathy attended the University of Minnesota.
