As Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealth Group International^sm (UHGI), Ori manages UHGI's activities around the world. UHGI is involved with the distribution and management of cross border insurance and network solutions; and, the operating of its activities in Europe & Asia. UHGI's products and services include global expatriate insurance products, global distribution of UnitedHealth Group plans and capabilities, In-Country Third Party Administrators and complementary services in various locations around Asia and Europe.

Ori joined UnitedHealth Group International in January of 2004 as an advisor on merger and acquisition (M&A) activity and, in 2006, was named President of our Cross Border Solutions business. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Ori held key leadership positions with both domestic and foreign based TPAs, a foreign based HMO and insurance company, and practiced international M&A law.

Ori holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University, and MBA in Finance and International Marketing from the University of Hartford and a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Yeshiva University. He is also a member of the New York and Connecticut bars and speaks several languages.
