Paul joined UnitedHealthcare Pharmaceutical
Solutions in 2004 as Vice President, Sales and Account Management. He leads
the efforts for pharmacy as a strategic and integrated component
to the overall total healthcare value UnitedHealthcare brings
to customers in our commercial employer and public sector segments. As
pharmacy utilization and affordability continue to be increasingly
important to our customers, Paul and his team of Client Executives
play a key role in working with the UnitedHealthcare Management
teams to develop and advance our strategies and capabilities
based on the emerging trends in the marketplace and the needs
of our customers.
Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Paul
spent 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry with Searle,
Pharmacia and Pfizer. He
held executive positions in strategic planning, contracting,
marketing, operations, national accounts management, government
programs and sales and brings extensive industry insight
to this role.
Paul received his undergraduate degree from St. Xavier University
and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.
