Dr. Reed Tuckson, Executive Vice President and Chief of Medical Affairs
at UnitedHealth Group, was named to Black Enterprise’s “100 Most
Powerful Executives in Corporate America” list and is featured on the
magazine’s February cover.
Black Enterprise selected Dr. Tuckson from among the highest
ranking executives at the top 1,000 publicly traded U.S. companies or
international corporations with revenues of at least $1 billion. The
list and accompanying special report identify what the magazine calls
“the best and brightest leaders in business and industry” and spotlight
the extraordinary achievements of those who the publication believes are
best positioned to lead the way and shape new models for success in these
challenging times.
This recognition is reflective of Dr. Tuckson’s dedication – and that
of UnitedHealth Group – to developing cost-effective health solutions,
improving the quality and efficiency of health services and, above all,
helping people live healthy, productive lives.
