MINNEAPOLIS, MN (July
2, 2008) – UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) today announced changes
at UnitedHealthcare designed to create a unified full-service brand
for all the Company’s commercial benefits businesses and simplify
how it communicates and interacts with customers, physicians and
other care providers, and other stakeholders. The changes are an
important part of the Company’s overall strategy and ongoing actions

Ms. Boudreaux will be responsible
for establishing and maintaining all customer-facing business processes
and services within the UnitedHealthcare businesses. She replaces
Dave Wichmann, who has assumed the position of executive vice president
